About Maras A-Frame
Born from the will to share the warmth of our land, the Maras A-frame represents the beginning of our proposal to integrate subtle luxury with the rustic. In this sanctuary, disconnection is total and experienced through the senses: from the aroma of wood that envelops the atmosphere, to the pleasure of watching the logs burn inside the stove in front of your bed, defying the high-altitude cold.
In an environment of absolute peace, the experience of being surrounded by our llamas and alpacas —guardians of this sanctuary— returns you to the essence of life in the Andes. Outside, the steam from your private hot tub invites you to contemplate the wheat fields under the sun, reminding you that here, the mountain does not just surround you, but welcomes you with its own ancestral hospitality.

What is the distance between the cabins and how is the privacy?
Since we don't have curtains to preserve the panoramic views, we kindly ask guests to always walk behind the retreats and respect others' privacy.
How does the use of the hot tub (outdoor bathtub) work?
Use of your private hot tub is included in your stay. To enjoy it, you only need to coordinate the time at reception so our team can assist you with the preparation.
There are no time restrictions, unless you wish for the llamas to join you, as they are only available from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Does this cabin have a stove or heating?
Additionally, all our cabins are equipped with heating to ensure your comfort at this altitude.
What is the Check-In and Check-Out time?
Check-in is from 1:00 pm and check-out is until 10:00 am.
What does the stay include?
Includes breakfast, use of bicycles, firewood for the stove, use of the outdoor hot tub, and llama visits to your room.
What time do the llamas visit us?
Llamas visit from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. To ensure a personalized encounter, please coordinate your visit time during check-in.
How do I book activities and what are the restaurant hours?
We recommend booking Experiences, Tours, or Ceremonies in advance through our website or at reception from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Restaurant: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
What is the weather like and what clothes should I bring?
From March to December, bring very warm (thermal) clothing. From December to March, add rain gear and mud-appropriate footwear.
