Cancellations due to force majeure are detailed in the terms and conditions of our website.
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date apply a penalty of 40% and may apply rescheduling or refund of 60% within 15 days prior to the reserved date.

Cancellations by the Client: The Client has the right to cancel the purchase up to 15 calendar days before the reserved travel date, charging only the 20% for administrative costs and collection.
