Cancellations due to force majeure are detailed in the terms and conditions of our website.
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the arrival date apply a penalty of 40% and may apply rescheduling or refund of 60% within 15 days prior to the reserved date.
Cancellations made within 14 days or less do not apply refunds or returns. Reprogramming within the previous 14 days applies a penalty of 50% for a reprogramming period of a maximum of 6 months onwards.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CONDITIONS: All activities last approximately 2 hours and are carried out by our guides. The prices shown do not include transfers. Transfers from your hotel in Urubamba have an additional cost of S\/. 50 nuevos soles per activity and per person, private round trip and includes waiting time while the activities are carried out. Cancellations by the Client: The Client has the right to cancel the purchase up to 15 calendar days before the reserved travel date, charging only the 20% for administrative costs and collection. In case there have been purchases of tickets, paid reservations of Hotels and Restaurants, they will be debited from the amount to be returned.<\/p>

If a Client cancels the purchase within the first 14 (fourteen) days prior to the reserved travel date, or if he does not attend the service, he is obliged to pay the full price of the tour.<\/p>

MOUNTAIN VIEW EXPERIENCE cares about its clients, in case you cancel within the first 14 days we will help you to reschedule the service with an open date, subject to coordination with our provider, MOUNTAIN VIEW EXPERIENCE does not guarantee the 100% of the rescheduling.<\/p>

MOUNTAIN VIEW EXPERIENCE works with some providers that have their own payment and cancellation policies, when you require that tour or package we will inform you before your purchase of the dates, deposits and payment terms of the same.<\/p>
